Hello everyone and Happy Wednesday!

This is my second post as a Guest Designer for Word Art Wednesday for September. Thank you so much Karen for having me on board.

Today’s card features the script from Psalm 94:22, “But the lord IS MY DEFENSE; and my God is the ROCK OF MY REFUGE.”  Here is my card for the challenge.

I stamped the flower images from Stampendous with VersaMark ink and heat embossed it with white embossing powder from Hero Arts onto a piece of Neenah Solar White card stock. Then, I used the blending tools to blend the Spun Sugar and Wilted Violet Distress Oxide Inks together (using the emboss resist technique). Next, I cut a circle window in the middle of the card. I stamped some flowers on the side and colored them with Copic markers (V01, V04 and V06) and fussy cut them and put them aside. Continue reading “Word Art Wednesday Guest Designer”

Happy Wednesday!

I’m honored to be a guest designer for the Word Art Wednesday challenge blog for September. Today’s card features the script provided by Word Art Wednesday, “Watch, Stand Fast in the faith, Be Brave, Be Strong. 1 Corinthians 16:13”

I stamped the Beautiful Branches from Concord & 9th with Gina K. Designs, Grass Green and Dark Chocolate inks onto a piece of 4″ x 5.25″  Neenah Solar White Card Stock. To finish the card, I glued the card front onto an A2 sized card base and glued on some clear drops from Hai Supplies. I printed and cut out the script and glued it onto a piece of black card stock. I popped it up with some foam tape in the middle of the card.

Fall Cards

Happy Fall

Happy Monday all!  I hope everyone will have a great start to their week!

This is my first time making an Autumn card.  I love all the color of leaves in Fall so I decided to make one today.

I stamped the leaves with Memento Rich Cocoa Ink (copic friendly ink) onto a piece of Neenah Solar White Cardstock measured 4.25″ x 5.5 “.  I used Simon Says Stamp’s Plantiful Puns stamp set (Friendly Frolic exclusive product) to make the background of the card. I colored them with Copic markers (YG63 and 67, YR09 and 24, and Y17).
