Happy Sunday everyone!
Today’s card features Simon Says Stamp’s, Center Cut Flowers Background Stamp Set. I love this set so much that I can’t stop playing with it.
First, I stamped the Center Cut Flowers with VersaMark Ink onto a Bristol Smooth Cardstock and heat embossed it with Hero Arts, white embossing powder. I watercolored the flowers with Zig Clean Color Real Brush. I put it aside and waited until it completely dried.
Next, I die cut the Wishing sentiment from Simon Says Stamp with black card stock three times. I used VersaMark ink and stamped on one of them and heat embossed it with Wow Embossing clear powder to make it shine. I glued all the layers together. I stamped the sentiment from Simon Says Stamp’s Wishing and Sending stamp set on to a piece of card stock that I colored with Copic marker (V04). Then, I decided to stamp some flowers and leaves and colored them with Copic markers (V04, V06, YG63 and YG67) and fussy cut them out.
I cut a piece of vellum and wrapped it around the middle of the front card base. I glued it down on the back and adhered the front card base to an A2 sized card base (Neenah Solar White, 110 lbs). To finish the card, I glued the sentiments onto the vellum and glued on the flowers, leaves, and the jewels on the “i”.
I hope you like the card. Thanks for stopping by and See you next time!
