Happy Friday, everyone!!
Today’s card features Simon Says Stamp’s Leafy Frame Stencil and Beautiful Flowers 2 Stamps Set. It’s day two for the 30 day coloring challenge and I am trying to participate this time.
First, I started working on my card panel by ink blending with a leafy stencil with Twisted Citron, Mowed Lawn, and Mustard Seed Distress Oxide Inks onto a Bristol Smooth card stock. Next, I stamped the sentiment Big Thanks Words from Simon Says Stamp with VersaFine’s Onyx Black ink and heat-embossed it with Hero Arts’ Clear Embossing powder.
I stamped the flower with a Copic friendly ink, Hero Arts’ Intense Black ink and colored it with Copic markers (R85, R89 and YG20, YG17, YG21 and YG61). Then, I fussy cut out the flower image. I trimmed the card panel down to 4″ by 5.25″ and adhered it onto an A2 Neenah white card base.
To finish the card, I glued the flower onand added some Hai Supplies’ Clear Drops for embellishment.
