Word Art Wednesday

Good morning friends and Happy Wednesday!

It’s another challenge week over at Word Art Wednesday.

This week’s challenge features the script from 1. John 4:16 and the stamp is from Waffle Flower Crafts.

First I printed the script onto a piece of 4.25″ by 5.5″ Bristol Smooth Surface white card stock. I started making my card panel by masking the script and ink blending the background with Tumble Glass Distress Oxide ink. I die cut a frame from a piece of pattern paper and adhered it onto my card panel.

I stamped the boy and the girl from Waffle Flower Crafts’ Pencil In Stamp Set with a Copic friendly ink, Hero Arts’ Intense Black Ink onto a piece of Neenah White card stock. I colored them with Copic Markers (BG11, BG13, B28, B41, Y06, Y38, C7 and YR07) and fussy cut them out. I trimmed down my card panel to 4″ by 5.25″ and adhered it onto my A2 Recollection (110 pounds) card base. To finish the card, I glued on the boy and the girl.
