Hello Friend

Hello friends and happy Tuesday!

It is our first colors challenge in March at Cas Colours and Sketches today. I hope you will play along with us! Here is the card I created for the challenge.

I used the Flora & Fauna Clear Stamps‘ Texture Set and Altenew‘s Crisp Inks for this card. I started my card panel by stamping the image with Altenew’s Mountain Mist, Soft Lilac and Purple Wine Crisp Dye Inks onto a piece of 4″ by 5.25″ Neenah White card stock.

I heat set a little and made sure it completely dried before I stamped the “friend” sentiment onto the card panel. The sentiment is from Altenew’s Extra Special Stamp Set. I stamped it with VersaMark ink and heat embossed it with Hero Arts’ White Detailed Embossing powder.

Next, I die cut the Hello sentiment from Mama Elephant in Recollection’s black card stock. To finish the card, I glued the card panel onto my A2 White Neenah card base and adhered the Hello sentiment after.
