Hello there! Happy Tuesday!
We are having a sketch challenge this week at CAS Colours & Sketches.
I made this card with Simon Says Stamp’s May Card Kit, Delicate Flowers! This kit is beautiful and I love it so much! It came with some pretty pattern paper and some Ranger’s Alcohol’s Pearls Inks.
First, I made my background by stamping leaves with Simon Says Stamp’s Fog Ink onto my #80 pounds Neenah white card stock. I made the two triangles with Alcohol Pearls Ink, using the color of Intrigue and Tranquil. Then, I stamped the flower and leaves with a copic friendly ink, Hero Art Intense Black onto a piece of Neenah white card stock. I colored it with Copic Markers (YG17, YG23, G20, R20, R81, and R85) and I fussy cut it out.
I trimmed down my card panel to 4″ by 5.25″ and glued it onto my A2 purple Bazzill card base. I placed the triangles on where I wanted them to and glue them onto the card. I stamped the sentiment with Versa Fine Onyx Black Ink. To finish off the card, I adhered the flower and leaves onto the middle of the triangles.
Here is the beautiful sketch created by our host, Patricia! I hope you will join us for some fun at CC&S!
Thanks for visiting and see you all next time!
