Happy Birthday!

I hope you all had a great start of the week! It’s another new colors challenge starts today over at CC&S!

I used Simon Says Stamp’s August (2019) Card Kit, Party Like A Panda for this card. First, I stamped the balloons and the Panda bear with a Copic friendly ink, Hero Arts, Intense Black onto a piece of white Neenah card stock. I colored them with copic markers (R46, BG11 and B66). I fussy cut them out and glued them onto a piece of light blue card stock by Recollection. I also stamped the birthday sentiment onto the same color card stock from Recollection and fussy cut it out. I used a Sakura White Gel Pen to draw some polka dots onto the red and blue balloons. I matted the card panel with another piece of darker blue card stock and adhered it onto my A2 white card base. To finish off the card, I popped up the birthday sentiment with foam tape.
