Hello there!
I hope your week is off to a good start! Can’t believe it’s already March! Where did the time go?
It’s Tuesday! So it’s time for a new challenge over at CC&S! I made this card by using Simon Says Stamp’s Plantiful Puns Stamp Set and a sentiment from Technique Tuesday!
First, I stamped the plant with a friendly copic ink, Hero Arts’ Intense Black Ink onto a piece of Neenah White Card Stock. I colored the plants with copic markers (YG11, G09, RV63 and C02). I used a white gel pen to make the polka dots for the pot. Next, I used the stamping tool to stamp the sentiment onto the card panel. I trimmed the card panel down to 3.5″ by 4.5″ and matted with a matching card stock created by copic marker ( I used the RV65). To finish off the card, I adhered it to the Neenah Desert Storm A2 card base.
Here are the beautiful color created by our host, Jeanne! I hope you will play along with us!
Thanks for visiting! See you next time!
This is beautiful! RV63 is spot on…I’m going to have to get it.

I agree with Jeanne. The card would have been fine if you’d left the flower pot plain green, but the polka dots give it just the right little bit of character. Great job!
