Wishing you a beautiful day – CAS Colours & Sketches – Challenge #381 – Sketch

Happy Tuesday, friends! I hope you enjoyed your weekend!

Today, I am the hostess for the sketch challenge at CC&S! I hope you will play along with us. Here is the sketch I created.

I used Protea Flowers Stamp Set from Hero Arts to create today’s card. I stamped the flower onto a piece of Neenah white card stock with a Copic friendly ink, Hero Arts’ Intense Black Ink. I colored it with Copic Markers (R81, R83, R85, R89, G20, YG17 and YG23). I fussy cut the flower out. Next, I cut a strip of card stock with different shades of pink. I adhered the pink strips onto a piece of 4″ by 5.25″ sand card stock. I stamped the sentiment onto the middle strip with VersaFine Onyx Black Ink. Last, I adhered the flower onto the card panel. To finish off the card, I adhered the card panel onto my A2 Sand card base.
