Happy Birthday

Hello there!

I hope you all enjoyed your long weekend. It was so hot in the Bay Area for the passed few days. It’s nice to stay home and just crafted. I created this card by using Simon Says Stamp’s Cosmos Bloom Background.

First, I stamped the Cosmos Bloom with Versa Fine Onyx Black Ink onto a piece of Bristol Smooth card stock and heat embossed with WOW Embossing Clear Sparkle embossing powder. I watercolored it with Tombow Dual Brush Markers. Next, I adhered the colored panel onto my A2 Black Recollection 110 pound card base. I cut a very thin strip of gold sparkle card stock and adhered it next to the colored panel. I stamped the sentiment from Simon Says Stamp’s Favorite Puperoni Stamp Set with Versa Mark Ink onto the card and then, heat embossed with WOW Embossing Gold embossing powder.
