Happy Birthday – CAS Colours & Sketches – Challenge #428 – Sketch

Hello there and welcome back! I hope you are having a great day! Here is another new sketch challenge started over at CC&S!

Here is the sketch we have prepared for you. I hope you will play along with us.

I created my card by using My Favorite Things’ Wild Poppies and Stitched Scallop Square Stax. First, I stamped the Wild Poppies onto a piece of Neenah white card stock with a copic friendly ink, MFT’s Intense Black. Next, I colored it with copic and die cut it out with the Stitched Scallop Square Die. I also die cut another stitched square with black card stock. I adhered the colored poppies onto the piece of black square. I glued the square onto a piece of peach card stock. Last, I stamped the sentiment onto a piece of white card stock. I trimmed it to a thin strip and matted with a piece of black card stock. To finish off the card, I glued the card panel onto my A2 White Recollection card base.
