Good morning!
Today’s card features Simon Says Stamp, Abstract Triangles Cling Background Stamp and the “Whoa! You’re Amazing!!” die.
I stamped the Abstract Triangles background stamp with VersaMark ink onto a Strathmore Watercolor paper and heat-embossing with Hero Arts, White Embossing Powder. I used the Nuvo Shimmer Powder from Tonic Studio for the coloring. Continue reading “Whoa!! You’re amazing!!”
Hello lovelies!
I hope everyone had a great start of the week. I can’t believe it’s already October, this year goes by so fast! So over the weekend, I bought some Tonic Studios’ Nuvo Shimmer Powder. It was my first time playing with it and I am loving it!
First, I started wetting the water color cardstock with water. Then, I sprinkled Catherine Wheel and Solar Flare shimmer powder from Tonic Studios onto the wet cardstock to create my background. It’s so fun. All you need to do is spray some water onto the shimmer powder and it will spread out on its own. I repeated the process until the background was all covered.
